Refund Policy
Tennis Factory may, from time to time, review and update this Refund Policy. The most current version will always be posted on this page.
General
We are fully confident that you will enjoy your time with Tennis Factory and see improvements in your tennis, whatever your age or ability. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied after 3 lessons, we are happy to offer a full refund. However, we ask that you talk to us first if you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your lessons; we will do our utmost to address your concerns. We understand that each player is an individual and has different needs. Please talk to your coach or contact the Head Coach at the email address below.
Group Lessons
Once you have enrolled in a group lesson program, no refunds will be given if you/your child misses a class due to minor illness or other commitments however, a make-up class may be offered if you provide us with sufficient time. Sufficient time is considered –
- AM lessons – 6pm the night prior
- PM lessons – 9am on the day of the lesson
Please note this refers to weekly group lessons, not pay-per-play sessions such as Cardio Tennis and Drop-in Drills (see below for info on these sessions).
If you cannot make your group lesson, contact admin@tennisfactory.com.au. Provided you have contacted us within the sufficient time window, then we will credit your account with a make-up credit. Failure to advise us before the sufficient time cut-off will result in no make-up credit being offered. Your make-up class must be taken before the end of the term and cannot be carried over to the next term. To book your make-up class, log-in to your customer portal and select >Account>Lessons credits.
If you cannot attend your arranged make-up lesson, no additional make-up lesson will be offered.
If you have a valid medical reason which prevents you/your child from attending three or more classes in a row, please advise us asap and we will look to either stop your Direct Debit or offer credit for future use until you/your child are better. We may request a Doctor’s certificate.
If you enrol in a program and you then want to cancel your enrolment before the lesson/program begins, we will charge you an administration charge of $25.
Cardio Tennis & Private Lessons
Cardio Tennis – No credit/refund will be given for the cancellation of a Cardio Tennis session unless 24 hours’ notice is given. Please email admin@tennisfactory.com.au to cancel your booking (can not be done online).
Private lessons – No credit/refund will be given for the cancellation of a private lesson unless 24 hours’ notice is given. Please call your coach to cancel a lesson.
