Refund Policy

Tennis Factory may, from time to time, review and update this Refund Policy. The most current version will always be posted on this page.

General

We are fully confident that you will enjoy your time with Tennis Factory and see improvements in your tennis, whatever your age or ability. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied after 3 lessons, we are happy to offer a full refund. However, we ask that you talk to us first if you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your lessons; we will do our utmost to address your concerns. We understand that each player is an individual and has different needs. Please talk to your coach or contact the Head Coach at the email address below.

Group Lessons

Once you have enrolled in a group lesson program, no refunds will be given if you/your child misses a class due to minor illness or other commitments.

If you have a valid medical reason which prevents you/your child from attending three or more classes in a row, we will credit to your account, an amount equivalent to the missed lessons. A doctor’s certificate may be required at our discretion.

If you enrol in a group lesson program and want to cancel your enrolment before the first lesson, we will credit your account with the full price of the program which is to be used for future bookings. If you require a cash or credit-card refund instead of credit on your account, we will refund the price of the program less an administration charge of $25.

Covid-19

If you are Covid-19 positive or you are self isolating and are unable to attend your tennis lessons, you MUST advise the office immediately, advising us of the date/s you will be unable to attend your session.

For junior players 18 years and under, you will be offered a catch-up class(es) during the term or the option to attend Tennis Camp or the holiday Advanced Junior Clinic, equivalent to the value of lessons missed.

For adult players you will be offered a catch-up class(es) during the term and if we are unable to offer you catch-up options, credit will be applied to your account for future use.

If you DO NOT advise us in the period of your self isolation that you are unable to attend your lessons, catch-up options, offer of Tennis Camp/Advanced Junior Clinic or credit (adults only) will no longer be applicable.
