Refund Policy

Tennis Factory may, from time to time, review and update this Refund Policy. The most current version will always be posted on this page.

General

We are fully confident that you will enjoy your time with Tennis Factory and see improvements in your tennis, whatever your age or ability. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied after 3 lessons, we are happy to offer a full refund. However, we ask that you talk to us first if you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your lessons; we will do our utmost to address your concerns. We understand that each player is an individual and has different needs. Please talk to your coach or contact the Head Coach at the email address below.

Group Lessons

Once you have enrolled in a group lesson program, no refunds will be given if you/your child misses a class due to illness or injury however, a make-up class will be offered if you provide us with a valid medical certificate. Please note this refers to weekly group lessons, not pay-per-play sessions such as Cardio Tennis and Drop-in Drills (see below for info on these sessions).

If you cannot make your group lesson due to illness or injury, send your medical certificate through to admin@tennisfactory.com.au, we will then credit your account with a make-up credit. Your make-up class must be taken before the end of the term and cannot be carried over to the next term. To book your make-up class, log-in to your customer portal and select >Account>Lessons credits.

If you cannot attend your arranged make-up lesson, no additional make-up lesson will be offered.

If you have a medical reason which prevents you/your child from attending three or more classes in a row, please advise us asap and we will look to either stop your Direct Debit until you/your child are better or offer credit for future use.

If you enrol in a program and you then want to cancel your enrolment before the lesson/program begins, we will charge you an administration charge of $25.

Private Lessons, Cardio Tennis & Drop-in Drills

No make-up class or credit will be given for the cancellation of these lessons unless 24 hours’ notice is given. Please email admin@tennisfactory.com.au if you need to cancel with 24 hours notice.
