Tennis Factory may, from time to time, review and update this Privacy Policy. All personal information held by Tennis Factory will be governed by its most recent policy posted on this page.

Collecting your personal information

When you enrol for lessons with Tennis Factory, we will collect and hold your personal information for purposes including:

• contacting you as necessary to arrange, rearrange, or cancel lessons and league matches;
• informing you about upcoming programs and events with Tennis Factory and other Tennis Factory news;
• informing you about other relevant events such as Tennis West-sanctioned tournaments; and
• sending invoices for services provided to you.

The information collected may include your name, phone numbers, postal and email addresses, and date of birth.

Personal information may be stored in computer and paper databases.

We will not hold credit card details that you disclose to us. Online payments via credit card are processed securely via a third-party gateway and your credit card details are not forwarded to Tennis Factory. For other credit card payments (by mail, using our enrolment form, by phone, or in person) Tennis Factory will delete your credit card details from our records as soon as the payment has been authorised.

Marketing our products and services

We may use your personal information to let you know about Tennis Factory services, events and other news. This may include mailing or emailing of brochures, flyers, and newsletters. If you prefer not to receive such communications, please send a written request to the email address below.

Disclosing your personal information to third parties

We will not disclose your personal information to other companies, other than Tennis Australia for registration of the Tennis Hot Shots or Cardio Tennis programs. If you do not wish to be registered as a participant in these programs, please email us at admin@tennisfactory.com.au.

We may give access to our databases to non-employees so that they can provide business services to Tennis Factory (such as invoicing and administration). Any non-employee who is given access to personal information will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement prohibiting the use of customers’ personal information other than for Tennis Factory business.

Removing your personal information from our databases

If you stop taking lessons with Tennis Factory and would like to have your personal information removed from our databases, please send a written request to the email address below.
