Information regarding enrolment for our Term 3 programs
CURRENT PLAYERS (those who have participated in our Term 2 programs running between April – June)
Priority enrolment will begin Sunday, 20th June. You will be sent re-enrolment information via email with the option to re-enrol in your current or a new level tennis program (if you have been put up a level) for Term 3 on either the same day/time or on a new day/time if moving level or if your current day/time doesn’t suit next term. The priority booking period lasts until Sunday, 27th June 2021.
If you do not re-enrol in our Term 3 programs during this priority week, all vacant spots are opened up to new players and your placement in your preferred day/time slot is no longer guaranteed.
NEW PLAYERS (those players who did not participate in any of our Term 2 programs running between April – June)
Enrolments will open for new players on Tuesday, 29th June. All programs with vacancies will be available to be booked online via our website (please be aware a customer account and immediate payment is required) or if you are unsure of your child’s level or have other enquiries, please email admin@tennisfactory.com.au so we can assist you.
WAITLISTED
If you have been added to our Term 3 waitlist, you will be advised if a placement in your preferred program is available via email from Tuesday, 29th June. It is recommended that enrolment occurs quickly, as those programs are very popular and fill fast. Enrolments can be made via our website (please be aware a customer account and immediate payment is required) or by emailing admin@tennisfactory.com.au.
